CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to reschedule, please do so 24 hours in advance, and your deposit will still be good for your next appointment, which must be scheduled within the next 30 days.


If you cancel the subsequent appointment, the deposit is deemed lost, and you will have to pay another deposit for your next visit.


Same-day cancellations will be charged the full price.



LATE POLICY / NO SHOW

Things do happen out of our control. If you feel that you will be more than 15 minutes late, please contact me to reschedule your appointment and/or see if it is okay to still come.


Please note:

  • Your appointment will end at its scheduled time, and full payment will still apply (up to 15 minutes after the appointment time).
  • Your deposit will still apply for your next appointment and must be rescheduled within the next 30 days to avoid losing your deposit.

No shows will be charged the full price.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

A $50 deposit is required for all services and is non-refundable. The deposit goes toward your service and secures your appointment.


Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment to fill out paperwork.


Only those being serviced will be allowed in the building during the appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
